AS COACHES OUR DUTY IS TO TEACH, TO INSPIRE, AND TO INSTILL OUR LOVE FOR THE GAME.
FOOTBALL IS A GLOBAL PASSPORT. IT BRINGS TOGETHER STRANGERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TO ACHIEVE A COMMON GOAL. FOOTBALL IS A UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE, COMMUNICATED THROUGH HEAD NODS, EYE CONTACT, AND SMALL MOVEMENTS IN BODY LANGUAGE. IT ASKS US TO QUESTION WHAT WE ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE FOR SOMETHING LARGER THAN OURSELVES.
AS COACHES WE IMPACT THE FUTURE OF OUR PLAYERS, AND SHAPE THE MINDS OF THE NEXT GENERATION OF GAME CHANGERS. WE MUST SHOW UP EVERY DAY WITH THE SAME WORK ETHIC AND GRIT THAT WE ASK OF OUR PLAYERS. THE PITCH IS OUR CLASSROOM, AND FOOTBALLS ARE OUR PENCILS.
